D. Baker with the following members present: Mayor C. D. Baker Commissioner Wendell Bunker Commissioner Rex A. Jarrett Commissioner William Peccole Commissioner Reed Whipple City Attorney Howard W. Cannon City Manager C. W. Shelley City Clerk Shirley Ballinger WESTSIDE IMPROVEMENTS Commissioner Bunker moved a special improvement district be created on the Westside for the installation of sidewalks, curbs and gutters and that the Engineering Department commence the necessary study and survey so that the consents can be obtained to raise the assessed valuation to the right amount. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; nays, none.
