% and the lien of the Deed of Trust provided for in said agreement of sale of » 19$2, or any of them, are ever exercised or enforced with respect to all or any portion of the Water Facilities required for the delivery of water for and on behalf of the Water District or the lands containing any portion thereof, the State of Nevada or Reconstruction Finance Corporation, as the ease may be, or their successors and assigns, shall deliver water to and for the Water District for the charges and upon and subject to all the terms and conditions specified in the fore­going agreement, provided that upon written request by said State of Nevada or General Services Administration, \ and during the balance of the term of this agreement or such lesser term as may be specified, the Water District shall operate and maintain said Water Facilities and shall deliver any water not apportioned to said Water District by said agreement in such quantities and to such person or persons a& may be directed by said State of Nevada or General Services Administration. In the event the Water District shall be required to operate and maintain said Water Facilities and deliver water as pro­vided in this subparagraph, said Water District shall, at the times and in the manner provided in said agree­ment, be paid a portion of the total actual cost of 2fi
