On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Guild and Asst. Secretary Bachman in executing quitclaim deed, N.L.D. 1541A, dated June 4, 1946, conveying to Theo Jefferson, Pearl Adams, Melvin 0. Calhoun, Marshall Allen, Corinne Jones, Marshall Branch and Mattie Cochran, as Trustees for Zion Methodist Church, Lot 14, Block 17, Clark's Las Vegas Townsite, Las Vegas, Nevada; considera tion $500.00; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Guild and Asst. Secretary Bachman in executing L.S. Deed Audit No. 4816, dated June 13, 1946, conveying to John E.
