Bonanza Road# Las Vegas, Nevada Gentlemen: Attached please find one print each of Drawing No. A-734, revised April 26th, 1948, showing Plan and Profile of proposed 8 inch sanitary sewer in North Main Street at Las Vegas, Nevada, together with one eet of Specifications dated April 26th, 1§48. You are hereby invited to submit on or before May 15th, 1948, a lump sum proposal for construction of pro­posed sewer on the following basis: Contractor to furnish all labor# material, tools, equipment, supervision and other facilities required to con­struct a complete line of sewer in accordance with the above mentioned Plans and Specifications. the engineering, alignment and grade stakes will be set by the City of Las Vegas. Permits and inspection fees, if any, should be included In your proposal. you will be required to carry Workmen's Compen­sation and Public Liability & Property Damage insurance with an insurance company designated by the owner, you will also be required to furnish a bond for the full amount of your pro­posal.
