Dear Sir: I am returning herewith, unapproved, Form 30 accompanying your File 1543 of April 17th, covering purchase of machinery and lease of packing house at Ontario to Charles Latimer, for reasons stated to Mr. Comstock while in Salt Lake last Saturday. I have asked him for necessary revision, which will not place this situation in a false light by reason of record which is disclosed, and which he will explain to you.
