Campbell 135 South Fourth Street Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Tom: liberie just talked, to Maag of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company regarding the necessity for making a trip to Las Vegas this week. Maag felt that such a trip would not be necessary but said that he would let us know if anything turned up. During his conversation with Eberle, Maag again requested that a letter of instruction on processing applications for additions and betterments be sent to Mr. Rinehardt. I believe that Harry Miller was requested to prepare such a letter. The procedure which was suggested was as follows: 1. Las Vegas Land and Water Company to send applications to this office as engineers of the Water District for approval. 2. We will return the approved applications to the District. 3. District will approve and return the applications to the Las Vegas land and Water Company. Very truly yours, James M. Montgomery JMM:mg
