    IV - OavffAire-BIPLOYEE RELATIONS: All employees, regardless of position, are expected to perform their work assignments in a manner maximizing their contribution to the Company. Employees are expected to display the qualities of honesty, integrity and loyalty. The Company, in turn, expects to adequately reward employees for their performance. Illegal acts, disloyalty, or any other acts detrimental to the Company are intolerable. Such acts include the acceptance of ,Tkickbacks" and conflict of interest. The Company will take immediate action upon discovery of wrongdoing by any employee. The Company is an Equal Opportunity onployer. Recruitment, hiring and promotion are based solely on the qualifications and ability of the individual. The Company provides adequate training and orientation to new employees. Employees are continually evaluated by their immediate supervisors and are infoimed of any areas of deficiency. These evaluations are also used as a basis for promotion. Enployees are promoted as rapidly as possible. New employees are hired only when filling the position from within the Company is impracticable. Specific personnel practices, e.g., vacations, bonuses, etc., are descirbed in the supplements prepared by the Personnel Department. Those supplements are an integral part of this Policy.
