Present, Kansas Standard Distance Tariff rates on products of Machine Companies and Foundries classified 5th and A, in carloads, from Pittsburg, Kan., to Kansas points; proposed, 5th Class and Class A rates on the products referred to, carloads, classified 6th Class and Class A in the Current Classification. Approved report of the Standing Rate Committee as follows: That interested lines be authorized to amend tariffs to provide that Kansas jobbeis rates, 5th and Class A, will apply from Pitts­burg, Kan., to Kansas Points, on Products of Machine Companies and Foundries, C. L., classified 5th Class and Class A in .current Western Classification. Effective October 25, 1920, as announced in Rate Advice No. 3. Docket No. 9.—Lime, Cement (except Mortar Color Cement), Stucco, Plaster, including Adamant and Zenith Wall Plaster, Soapstone Finishing for Piaster and Silicon and Roofing Pitch, straight or mixed C. L., minimum weight 24,000lbs., Kansas and Nebraska to Kansas and Nebraska (Intrastate only). Present, Lime rates; proposed, Lime or Plaster rates, whichever are higher. (See Standing Rate Committee’s report dated May 28, 1920.) Apphoved recommendation of the Standing Rate Committee as follows: That authority be granted to provide by tariff for application in the States of Kansas and Nebraska, on intrastate traffic.'a rule appending current'rules, to require that on mixed carloads of Lime, Cement, Stucco, Plaster, including Adamant and Zenith Wall Plaster, Soap Stone finishing for Plaster and Silicon and Roofing Pitch, the highest carload, rate and minimum weight be applied. It was also recommended that the same rule referred to above be made applicable on interstate traffic in Western Trunk Line Committee territory. See Rate Advice No. 3, announcing October 25, 1920, as date effective on interstate traffic; and date of effectiveness withheld as to intrastate traffic. Docket No. 10.—Flour and Grain Products, Chicago, HI., and Milwaukee, Wis., to St. Paul and Minneapolis, Minn. Present, 1 5 cents generally; proposed, uniform rate via all routes. (See Standing Rate Committee’s Report dated June 14, 1920.) Approved report and recommendation of the Standing Rate Committee as follows: The committee recommend that this application be cancelled. By correction in Supplement 2 to C. M. & St. P.-G. F. D. No. 2463-E, effective June 15, 1920, publishing rate of 15J^o, Chicago and Milwaukee to St. Paul and Minneapolis, rates via all lines will be uniform and pui pose of docket accomplished.
