Increase In water rates charged, consumers hy the La© Togas Land and Water Company at Mas Vegas, and your statement therein that th© net earnings In 1928 amounted to $8,000.00: Department, taking into account all carrying charges and other Items, from which it appears that the earnings in 1928 were considerably loss than you mention, and from which it also appears that under the now schedule proposed by you the earnings per annum would amount to but a few hundred dollars. I shall be pleased to afford you the opportunity to look over these figure© the next time you are in Los Angeles if you will bring the matter to my attention, this suggestion being offered merely in th© interest of harmonising any differences with respect to the maimer in which net ©amings figures are arrived at.
