April 2 9 , 1953 Plonker Title Insurance and Trust Co,, Trustee 113 South l|il| Street Lae Vegas, Nevada Attention} Hr, M, II, Sweeney Gentlersem Attached please find copy of letter addressed to the Las Vegas Land and Water Company (with copy to Mr, Jerry Geiger), which is dated April 2 k t 1953 and signed by Mr, William L. Saxton, Sanitarian, dark County Health Department, with reference to water service from recently constructed pipe line to serve Paradise Motel now under construction in the 2200 block on Fremont Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, Please note that in the 2nd paragraph of Mr, Saxton's letter he states In part "provided that none of the buildings are occupied until such time as the line is cleared.* In view of Hr, Saxton's letter, it will be Impossible for this company to provide any water service to the above property until such time as water service from the newly constructed water line has been approved and accepted by the City and State Health Authorities In view of the above, would suggest that you be governed accordingly in making; committments for occupancy for above mentioned motel.
