s . NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of Las Vegas Valley Water District, of Clark County, Nevada, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows: Section 1. That this Board hereby approves that certain Proposed Official Statement above mentioned as the form of an Official Statement to be adopted and issued on the acceptance of a bid or proposal for the purchase of the bonds. Following the acceptance of any bid or proposal for the purchase of the bonds the Board shall adopt a resolution providing and adopting an Official Statement substantially in the form of the Proposed Official Statement hereinbefore approved, with all appropriate blanks filled and with suitable changes made in the form and text thereof to conform to the terms and conditions of said bid or proposal but omitting the designation “Proposed" and omitting all matter therein relating to its use in proposed form in advance of its final adoption. The District shall furnish to the successful bidder, at the expense of the District, as promptly as practicable after the acceptance of a bid or proposal, 1 ,5 0 0 copies of said Official Statement in final form. Any additional number of copies of such Official Statement requested by the successful bidder will be furnished at the expense of the bidder. Section 2. That said bonds be sold and that sealed 2 .
