The Districts original plan called for construct­ion of a 30-inch pipeline parallel to existing 16-inch pipe­line in 20-ft. wide easement from K to K shown by red line on Exhibit "A". Present plans of the District call for> a 30-inch pipeline to be constructed in 15-ft. easement shown colored green on Exhibit "A" and salvaging the existing 1 6 -ineh pipeline. We now desire to prepare a supplement to the agreement dated June 1, 195*3* follows: 1.
