The applicant should,-’ present d e s c rip tio n o f the property- to be served including Subdivi­sion , Block and L o t, and purpose fo r which the water w i l l bo used. No person except an authorized employee o f the Water Company w i l l bo perm itted t o make any connection to water mains or d is trib u tio n pipes o f the Water Company, 2, Payment o f B ills - Charges fo r water service sh a ll be due and payable on the f i r s t day o f each month fo r water furnished J during the previous month. j I ' 3, Delinquent B ills - I f said charges are;n ot paid by the 15th day o f the month in which they become due th ey sh a ll become delin qu en t.
