O R D E R rurauant to the foregoing Opinion which is hereby referred to and made a part hereof, XT IS QRDIRjkD That Rule 9(o) of the Las Vegas Land & Water Company is hereby cancelled, effective as of July 13, 1 9 4 3 ; and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED That the Company will again file Second Re-vised Sheet P.S.C.M. 6A, effective as of July 13, 1943, which sheet shell contain the notation, "Issued in compliance with order of the Public Service Commission of Nevada in I & S Docket ©7 dated July lg, 1943"; and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED That if, at some future time, the growth of Las Vegas, Nevada, demands that the rule again is necessary, the Company will be required to reinstate this rule in its rules and regulations. f Dated: Carson City, Nevada BY THI COMMISSION July lg, 1943.
