Adamson With my letter August 5th to you enclosed Mr. Adamson's letter August 3hd» concerning construction of 30 inch water pipe line across railroad property at Las Vegas by the Las Vegas Valley Water District. Our letter September 8th in reply to Mr. Adamson's.letter referred to* recommended procedure to be followed in handling this project. Now attach Mr. Adamson's letter October 1 5 th* together with an extra copy, and also print on which has been indicated procedure to be followed by Railroad Company forces during the construction period; Mr. Adamson also outlining various construction details. Please give prompt and careful consideration to this and prepare reply to Mr. Adamson at earliest date possible. It will be noted that all of the work Involved has been reviewed and discussed with Messrs. Blair and Jenkins at Las Vegas. C* G*
