Brackens Referring to Mr. Keeble* s letter of May 17, to which. was attached quotation received from Pomona Pump Co. covering too SOO-gallon-per-adnute pumps, it is noted that there is added to the bid an item of 160 feet of copper air line and gauge for each pump, the additional cost of which would be $30.60 for the two poops. In my opinion this item should be included if the Pomona Pump Go. quotation is approved. type of equipment is outstanding, and I personally particularly like the rubber mter-lubricated bearings they use, X agree with Mr. Keefcle that he should secure quotations from other reputable pump manufacturers. We have reserved the pipe necessary for the two proposed wells, and contract with fhe Hall-Beker Co. for the drilling of the wells is being prepared end will be forwarded to you for your approval as soon as completed.
