Oa motion duly made, seconded and carried* it m s * by unanimous vote* RESOLVED? That the action of the President and secretary in executing and delivering deed from this company, dated February 1, 1930, in favor of Earl M. Smith, covering Lots 11 and 12, Block 34, Clark1® Las Vegas Yownsite, together with four-room house located thereon; this property having been purchased under lease with privilege of purchase agreement dated October 1st, 1937, authorized by former President Calvin, consideration >2,500, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved snd confirmed. On motion duly made, seconded and carried, it m s , by unanimous vote, HXSOLVED5 That the action of the president and Secretary in executing and delivering deed, dated February 10th, 1930, from this company to Bruce McCormick, covering sale of Lot 8, Block 1, Tract 1997, and Lots 13, 14 and 15, Block 1, Tract 2348, Yermo, Cellfomia, (approved per President Gray’s letter February 5th, 1930); Lot 8 being covered by regular form of agreement dated October 8th, 1938, purchase price #300, and Lots 13, 14 and 15 being covered by agree­ment dated October 8th, 1928, purchase price 1800; the last named agreement having been amended by contract with Mr. McCormick dated October 1st, 1939, in accordance with which conveyance of lets specified therein shall be subject to easement granted the State of California for highway purposes along the northerly 20 feet of said lots, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and con­firmed. The Secretary explained that under date October 89, 1927, this company entered into agreement with The Brunewiok-Balke- Oollender Company, covering sale of Lots 83, 64, II and 66 in Union Pacific industrial Tract Mo. 1, Los Angeles, 70,800 square feet at 38 cents per square foot, consideration $24,780 cash; also another agreement with these people, dated February 21, 1926, covering eale of adjoining Lots 67, 68, 89 and 70, same tract, 63,129 square feet at 38 cents per square foot, consideration $22,098.15 cash, or a total consideration fer the two transactions of $46,875.15.
