\ 3 - Company to own said water main; 4 - Subdivider to furnish Company necessary easements where said water main is to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt on behalf of this company in executing letter agreement "N^L.D. 2384, dated April 29, 1950, with Nevada Construction Company, covering the construction and laying of approximately 6820 ft. of cast iron water mains in East Stewart Avenue and Fourteenth Street Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $11,358, plus cost of premium on surety bond; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt on behalf of this company in executing letter agreement ,,N,,L.D. 2388, dated May 2, 1950, with Nevada Construction Company, covering construction of a 28 ft. x 14 ft. Boiler House and a 26 ft. x 36 ft. Garage and Work Shop, at Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration: (a) For the construction of said Boiler House, $2,492 (b) For the construction of said Garage and Work Shop building, $6,320, plus actual cost of premium on surety bond; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. Following Authority for Expenditure Requests, approved by the President, were submitted for ratification; A. F. E.
