On motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President ToE.Hammill in executing extension rider C.L.D. No. 15846-1, dated July 5, 1968 between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Foster and Kleiser, Division of Metromedia Inc., extending term of agreement Audit No. 11076 to and including August 31, 1969, said agreement covering lease of site for the erection, maintenance and use of advertising billboards in the Dominguez area, Los Angeles County, California; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T.E.Hammill in executing supplemental agreement C.L.D. No. 15808-2, dated September 3, 1968 between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Joe Granone, an individual doing business as Atlas Farms, covering withdrawal of a portion of the site leased for agricultural purposes in the Dominguez area, Los Angeles County, California, and extending term of Contract Audit No. 11073 to and including June 30, 1969 at rental of $6,220.50 per annum, payable at the rate of $3,110.25 semi-annually in advance; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. -4-
