Said grants of easements shall also provide that at the request of the Union Pacific the District shall, at ths expense ©f Union Pacific, relocate said pipe lines to other locations upon ths property of Union Pacific, provided that such relocation would not prevent the use of said pipe lines for ths convsyancs of water to the areas and facilities then being served by said pipe lines.
