I telephoned you the other day suggesting that in view o f the variou s engagements o f our expert w itness, we would lik e to have a hearing, i f the Com­m ission fe e ls one is necessary, on February 14th and li t h , hut you stated you d id not think those dates would he sa tisfa cto ry to the Commission and suggested ce rta in altern ate dates* I f i t i s necessary to have a la t e r date, February 27th and 28th would he our f ir s t choice, eeoond choice March 1st and 2nd, and th ird choice, March 6th and 7th, all o f which altern ate dates were suggested by you* We are quite anxious to get th is hearing held and hope i t w ill be p o ssib le to have i t set down a t an early a date as w ill s u it the convenience o f the Commission.
