On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing lease agreement, N. L. D. No. 666, dated October 1, 1940, between LVL&WCo., Lessor, and J. R. Williams, doing business as Williams Outdoor Adv. Service, covering site for signboard, located on North Main Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, for term beginning September 1, 1940, and extending to September 1, 1941; consideration $20 per annum, payable in advance; subject to termination by Lessor upon ten days’ written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing rider, N. L. I>. No. 657, dated October 10, 1940, extending to July 31, 1941, term of lease agreement, Audit No. 9929, dated August 1, 1938, between LVL&WCo., Lessor, and John Vianassa, Lessee, covering sign­board site, located on North Main Street, Las Vegas, Nevada; rental $22.50 per annum, payable annually in advance; subject to termination by Lessor upon 10 days’ written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. - 2 1 -
