% I 1 RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T. E. Hammill in executing Lease Agreement C.L.D. 15880, dated October 10, 1967 between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Foster and Kleiser, Division of Metromedia, Inc., a Delaware corporation, leasing that portion of the premises of Lessor in,Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, California, required for one standard illuminated ro­tating bulletin 14 ft. by 48 ft. for a term beginning on the 1st day of September, 1967 and extending to and including the 31st day of August, 1968 for rental at the rate of $900.00 per annum, payable annually in advance; thirty days written notice by either party will effect termination; use of leased premises limited to the erection, maintenance and use of advertising bulletin boards, Lessee not to sublet or assign without written consent of Lessor; Lessee will pay taxes levied during life of lease on premises or improvements thereon, or reimburse Lessor for sums paid by Lessor for such taxes; and a special condition that said bulletin board shall have a clearance distance of at least sixteen feet from the ground level under the bulletin board to the base of the bulletin board; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President J. W. Godfrey and Assistant Secretary F. D. Cope in executing Industry Track Contract C.L.D. 15795, dated August 21, 1967 between Los Angeles On motion duly seconded, it was -6-
