MEMORANDUM Los Angeles, Calif. July 29, 1953 In connection with the attached memorandum, I discussed the matter with Mr. Johnson in Las Vegas, this matter in the absence of Mr. Stoddard, and has instructed him to line up an organization. He further advises that two of the railroad employees have agreed to .work for the Water Company on a Leave of Absence basis for 90 days, and the rest of the railroad employees are going to take a chance on bumping to another job. phene Mr. Reinhardt at Tahoe this afternoon and advise him of our telegram of July 27th and of the handling of the matter by Mr. Seitz. I told him that under the circumstances there is no need of both of us telephoning Mr. Reinhardt, and I would not phone him unless Mr. Reinhardt advised him that he wanted me to phone him at Tahoe. and he advises that Mr'.
