Renwick I hand you herewith copy of letter dated May 13th from Mr. Reinhardt to Mr. Maag which is self-explanatory. In connection with the new construction of certain of the bigger pipe lines, the proposed contract, on Page 25, refers to a 39~lnch concrete pipe line, a 24-inch cast iron pipe line or concrete lined and coated steel pipe line and a l4-lnch cast iron pipe line or concrete lined and coated steel pipe line. It also makes reference to 8-inch and 6-inch cast iron pipe lines. ||f|| In making your estimate, these types of pipe line should be considered. The contract is silent as to whether the dimensions of these pipe lines are inside or outside diameter.
