To furnish, the Company easements, satisfactory in form, where pipe lines are to he laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys, said easements to be five feet on each side of the center line of said pipe line. 5. To furnish a hill of sale for said water mains, conveying to the Company all right, title and interest in the said water mains free and clear of all liens and encumbrances. ARTICLE II. THE COMPANY AGREES: 1. Upon the execution of this agreement and receipt of said hill of sale, and such necessary easements for waid water mains, to pay to the Suhdivider at monthly intervals fifty percent (50$) of the monthly revenue received by it from consumers located within said Blocks 1 and 2, taking service from the water mains installed hereunder for a period of [ & ten (10) years from the date of completion of said installation, or until the Suhdivider has been repaid the agreed upon sum of $8,130.00, whichever occurs first, excluding, however, the said 1*70 feet of fire lines. ARTICLE III. IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED: 1. All water mains so installed shall he and remain the property of the Company. 2.
