specified in paragraph 1 of Article I hereof and the furnlsh-fittlngs and other materials and upon the arrival of pipe and materials aforesaid at Las Vegas, to proceed with the installation of said water main along the lines so staked u-oon the ground by the Subdivider, and to complete the said installation with reasonable diligence. Said water main shall consist of gf*______ inch Cast Iron pipe. 2.
