The main purpose of this letter is to thank you and the Hotel staff for a wonderful time had by the four of us secretaires from Paramount during the Memorial week-end. You may recall that Mr. John McGettigan arranged through you for our accommodations at The Sands. It was especially nice of you to provide for our excellent table for the Sammy Davis show on Friday, May 27th. Needless to say, we enjoyed every minute. We were slightly worried that evening because, due to the heavy flight schedules, our flight was delayed from Los Angeles one hour and we didn!t arrive at the hotel until one minute to midnight. However, we shouldn't have, if you.11 pardon the expression "sweated it" because the staff at the desk took care of our luggage, etc. very swiftly and we literally ran to the show. From that moment on we "had a ball". We found the staff to be most cooperative and congenial and our rooms were just right. You may be sure that all four of us are giving your Hotel a big boost verbally among our friends and employees at Paramount. We certainly hope that should any of us decide to return soon to the "place in the sun", we could stay at The Sands. Thank you so much for arranging such a wonderful week-end for all of us. Most sincerely, ' SAjuu- Marjorie Mitchell Donna Lewis Denny Massey Marilyn Massey ^yhctLA^c^ cc: J.J. McGettigan
