Commissioner Bunker moved the action taken January 16, 1952 allowing the name of Joseph Wolf to be added to the gaming and liquor licenses of the Santa Anita Turf Club, 116 Fremont Street be rescinded and no further action taken on this matter until such application has been approved by the Nevada Tax Commission, Motion seconded by Commissioner Jarrett and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Bunker moved the previous action taken December 27, 1951 changing the Sunset Liquor Store from a package liquor store to a tavern be rescinded, the license revoked and returned to a package liquor store. Motion seconded by Commissioner Jarrett and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett and His Honor voting aye; noes, Commissioners Peccole and Whipple. Discussion was held with Mr. John Amucucci, owner of the Sunset Liquor Store, and his attorney Mr. Charles Catt. Thereafter Commissioner Jarrett moved the above motion be rescinded for further study and that a written opinion from the City Attorney on this matter be prepared for the next regular meeting. Motion seconded by Commissioner Jarrett and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none.
