ORIG TEH CYS GAC FGS SCR WBB Referring to streets to be constructed under WO - 1303, at Las Vegas, Nevada, re well to be relocated under WO - 40767. Have been advised that there will be a 90-day delay from the filing of the application for relocating the well to the issuance of permit# This well to be relocated under WO - 40767 and streets to be constructed under WO - L-130B. Delay created by the necessity of the State to publish the relocation and to give interested parties the right to protect or concur their two issue permits. Anticipate furnishing WBB information to file application by May 31st at the latest. It Is suggested that your contracts for the streets and other work under WO - L-130B provide that a considerable delay can be expected and work must proceed around the well with the gap to be filled when the well is relocated.
