The legal description for the proposed easement re­quired for the valve structure is being revised also, copies of which will be forwarded to you. The survey outlined in Mr. Rqinhardt's letter to Mr. Campbell dated November 30, 195^ is almost complete. Last week M r . Rathbun advised he had one more point to set.
