    Mr. R. 1. Adamson: Los Angeles - November 21, 1945 W O 3180 Referring to Work Order 3180 covering the construction of additional water storage reservoir settling basin and pipe line at Las Vegas and the controversy with local train union in regard to handling pipe line work. General Water Service Foreman J. M. Anderson states that when the new 2 4 cast iron is laid and to avoid any contamination, the pipe should be swabbed out when each joint is laid and when the line is completed and ready for filling with water for test purposes, it should be treated with H.T.H. Chlorine, as per instructions of Dr. Barr and our local Water Plant Supervisor Hvistendahl can advise the amount to be used* Some arrangements will also have to be made to take care of the water when the line is flushed out* Mack l9J v> Hi/ $4 F3I
