I agree.Las Vegas - March 24, 1952 Mr. L. 0. Conner - Los Angeles Referring to your letter of March 14, 1952, and with return of attachments concerning claim filed by Electrician Waterbury account installation of electrical fixtures in Las Vegas Land and Water Company offices at Las Vegass I am not aware of any agreement between the Las Vegas Land and Water Company and the various crafts on the Railroad whereby it is agreed such work shall be performed by Railroad forces. We have on occasion had such forces perform some maintenance work when it could be done within a reasonable time, if not,, we have arranged with local concerns to perform the work. In this instance, the fixtures were received during the latter part of August 1951, and we made repeated requests upon the local electrical forces to Install them. Each time, I was advised forces were not available to perform the work unless as an emergency on Sundays at overtime rates. During the latter part of November 1951> a number of complaints were made by our employees regarding the poor lighting facilities. Again the Electrical Department advised that all forces were engaged upon WO work and men could not be diverted to make the Installation during the regular work week
