I agree.Las Yagas - April 10* 1944 R 2—111 Mr, Frank Strong* Referring to my letter March 9 regarding proposed assignment of lease from Leonard Fayle to RFC to cover a loan he is securing from that Government Agency to make Improvements to his buildings on the property. In accordance with our telephone conversation I directed the attention of Mr. Fayle to the fact that this lease is cancellable on thirty days notices and* also invited the attention of Mr. Wallace* of the RFC, to this fact as he was in town this morning* He advises the RFC is cognise of the thirty days termination clause and has no objection. I enclose herewith original and duplicate original of Chattel Mortgage covering (l) equipment* and (3) buildings located on the lease premises. .You will note a provision is included for ^Landowners Consent* on each of these* I do not see that we are particularly concerned with the mortgage on the building in as such as it does not belong to us and if you see no objection, will you kindly execute on behalf of the Railroad Company in the four spaces provided and return to me promptly so Mr, Fayle can secure his loan.
