Omaha, April 23, 1944. |iT Hr. E. E. Bennett: f Referring to my letter to you of March 20, submitting application for filing with the Rational War labor Board for authority to adjust compensation of certain employes of the las Vegas land & Water Company, which was sent to the Wage and Hour Division of the U. S. Department of labor with Mr. Renwick's letter of March 28: enclosed form letter from C. 0. Atchison, Branch Manager, San Francisco asking that the information called for in Items 15 b,c, and f be supplied. Item 15 b not being applicable to our application, it was not filled in.- The basis for the reguested adjustment is stated in Exhibit A, especially Item 4. However, in compliance with Mr. Atchison's reguest we have indicated in answer to Question 15 b 'no* in accordance with Mr. Bracken's advice. That guestion being answered 'no', then Question C does not reguire an answer, and since Question F depends upon the rates set forth in B, which is not called for here, no answer is needed to Question F. in triplicate with reguest that you again submit it to the Wage and Hour Division, asking them to progress its approval. This application was returned to Mr. Bracken with the I am accordingly returning the form to you herewith
