June Simons e/o Lake Mead Lodge Boulder City, Nevada Dear Madam: Confirming conversation with our office on April 18 regarding the three houses facing on ”AM Street between Van Buren and Jackson, Las Vegas: The rate on each house, from the information given by you, is $2.00 per month, making a total rate of $6.00 per month for the property. It is our understanding, and confirmed by you, that you have been taking water from the private line of John Dorough and this has been the case for the past two years or more. Of course you realize that no bills were paid to this Company for the wateft obtained and it is not our intention to go back for the entire period in which you obtained water from this source. However, we have started your account for these three houses as of January 1, 1949, which in our estimation is an equitable adjustment of this case. Would appreciate, therefore, your check for the months of January, February and March, or a total of $18.00, at your earliest convenience. For your information, no bills are submitted, inasmuch as all facilities in Las Vegas are on a flat rate basis, bills being payable monthly. We are attaching resume on our Form 5 giving a few of the rules and regulations pertaining thereto. Very truly yours, General Manager
