Pettit will take them [Carson City?]. I recommend that we [hold up] [actual] [filing] of same until you hear from [Governor] or until [next] [overt act?] [committed] either [Las Vegas] or [Caliente]. Advise if you approve so handling. [I am] going to [Caliente] [on #4] with some [Mexicans] see what [success] we have getting them [inside] [shop] grounds.
