[not legible] Mine Notice we the undersigned do hereby Locate and claim fifteen hundred feet for mining purposes on this Lead Lode as Ledge as Deposit of Silver bearing Rock and ore to be Known as the [not legible] Mine commencing at the monument upon which this notice is placed and running in a easterly Direction fifteen hundred feet on and along said Lead Lode [not legible] [not legible] as Deposit of Silver bearing Rock and ore and including three hundred feet on each side there of for running and working purposes we claim and intend to hold and work said [not legible] mining ground in accordance with the mining Laws of the United States approved May 10th 1872 and in accordance with the mining Laws of El Dorado Mining District Lincoln County State of Nevada said mine is situated about one and one half mile in a westerly direction from the January Mine and [not legible] on to the west end of the Constitution.
