    had loaned them his machines but did not borrow any of theirs. Commissioner Fountain asked how many machines did they operate and Mr. Eckl stated they were listed in the affidavit he had previously submitted. Commissioner Sharp stated he appreciated Mr. Eckl's coming forward with the truth in this matter. Chief Sheffer said Mr. Eckl had not concealed information. Mr. Eckl regretted his part in this matter and said he would not let it happen again. Commissioner Sharp moved the show cause order issued to Ray Eckl, owner, Smokey Cigarette Company, be dismissed. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Fountain, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor Mayor Gragson voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Elwell. CIGARETTE APPLICATIONS Commissioner Sharp moved the following cigarette applications for additional locations Additional Locations which were held in abeyance on July 15, 1959, be approved and the Supervisor of License and Revenue authorized to issue the licenses: Approved SAVOY CAFE 624 Las Vegas Blvd. South Smokey Cigarette Co. CHEVRON SERVICE STATION 908 Las Vegas Blvd. South Smokey Cigarette Co. CHILI POT CAFE 1329 North "E" Smokey Cigarette Co. FRY'S RICHFIELD SERVICE STATION 500 Fremont Smokey Cigarette Co. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Fountain, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor Mayor Gragson voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Elwell. PAYROLL WARRANTS Commissioner Whipple moved the Regular Payroll Warrant Nos. 38290 - 38882 in the net amount of $87,859.75, and Overtime Payroll Warrant Nos. 38883 - 38887 in the net amount of $52.91, for the pay period from July 15 - July 31, 1959, be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Fountain and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Fountain, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor Mayor Gragson voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Elwell. SERVICE AND MATERIAL Commissioner Fountain moved Service and Material Warrants Nos. 2032 - 2287 in the WARRANTS amount of $165,850.32, and Nos. 9434 - 9435 (Urban Renewal) in the amount of $2,522.27, be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried ty the following vote: Commissioners Fountain, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor Mayor Gragson voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Elwell. MINUTES Commissioner Fountain moved the minutes of July 1, July 15, and July 22, 1959 (Regular July 1, July 15, and Adjourned Meeting), be approved ty reference. July 22, 1959 (Reg. Adj.
