Reinhardt - Los Angeles I am attaching hereto for execution on behalf of the Water Company, duplicate originals of Agreement BNSLD 26?6 which have been executed by the Bel-Air Development Company, Inc. The Agreement covers construction of water mains to serve Bel-Air Tracts #1 and #2, Las Vegas, Nevada and was authorized by W.O. 727, dated April 21, 1953* Also attached please find original and one copy of Bill of Sale BN*LD 2676-I, fully executed by the Bel-Air Development Company, Inc.
