On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Ashby Audit No. 4551, and Secretary in executing deed/ dated December 29, 19^2, from Las Vegas Land and Water Company to Fruehauf Trailer Company of California, conveying portions of Lots 4-1 and *42 in Los Angeles Fruitland Association 500 Acre Tract, together with improvements constructed thereon, situate in the City of Vernon, California; consideration $10.00 and other good and valuable considerations; subject to taxes for year 19^-2-19^3 an<^ other conditions and restrictions; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Ashby and Assistant Secretary Rigdon in executing agreement, N.L.D. No. 9C7&j dated December J>0, 19^-2, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, called "Company", and Las Vegas Development Co., called "Contr actor", covering the laying and construction of approximately 3T3C ft. of cast iron water mains, laterals and service lines to and within Las Vegas Development Co. Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada, connecting same with Company’s water main in alley between Fremont and CJcir son Streets, at approximate cost of $5,800.00; Company, upon completion of at least 66 dwellings within said Addition and certain other conditions, to pay to Contractor actual cost of labor and material used in laying and constructing said water mains, laterals and service lines, but not exceeding the sum of $5,800; be, and the same is hereby, written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
