Cory In accordance with request in Mr. Bennett1s letter to me dated June 17, 1954, file 80-11, wherein he requested that I take receipts from the District for all the documents and pro­perty to toe delivered to them so that these receipts might toe sent to the Auditor for permanent file, I am submitting herewith three receipts from the Water District which are signed by persons representing the District, covering the various documents and property which was delivered to the District on the gale Date as set forth in Exhibit *&* of Agreement dated June 1, 1953* 1. Original documents - Items 1(a) to (o), inclusive, of Exhibit *&*. Attached to this receipt is a complete list of documents delivered to the District which was checked by Mr. Louis J. Loren, representative of Conway, Moe, Hibbs and Funston. Accountants for the District, who signed the receipt for the District which is dated June 28, 1954. 2. Record® in the Office of the Water Department of the Mater Company at Las Vegas - Items Exhibit *G*. 2(a) to 2(J) of fhe list of records and property delivered to the District which was checked by Mr. Louis J. Loren, representative of Conway, Moe, Hibbs and Funston, Accountants for the District, receipt for which was dated June 28, 1954, and details of which were fur­nished Mr. fU M. Sutton by Mr. C. 0, Parkinson in his letter to Mr. Sutton dated June 29# 1954. 3. Engineering and Operating Records shown on pages two and three of Exhibit *G*. Attached to the receipt is a complete list of the Engineering &nd Operating Records delivered to the District which was cheeked by Mr. George 8. Leopold, representing Mr. James M.
