The Contract or contracts for the removal of the pipe lines and wire** lines described in subparagraphs (h) to (l) of this Section § shall provide that all salvageable material removed shall be transported to and placed at such point or points upon the lands described in subparagraph (a) of Section 1 as the District may designate. Either party to this agreement shall be entitled to appoint a represent­ative or representatives to inspect any work during the course of construction to see that said work is performed in accordance with this Section 5. Said representative or representatives shall b® given access to all work areas, work in construction, materials and equipment which are necessary for the performance of said work. It is agreed by the parties hereto that the estimated cost of the work to be performed pursuant to this Section 5 exclusive of supervision and engineering, is the sum of $__________.
