Eagerly grabbing at the bait is Sherri Green, the popular show's ingenue. ?√ß*^k DANGEROUS SHOWBIZ PROFESSIONS THE AGOSTINOS are the internationally famous adagio team who nightly thrill even jaded audiences at the "Pzazz! '68" spectacular in the hotel's Crystal Room. Using his amazing strength, Frank Agostino balances his wife, Denise, with such grace that spectators find it incredible that the difficult feats can be made to look so easy to do. Here, Frank slowly presses Denise upward from his bent-over position to one in which he is standing straight, holding her over his head with arms fully extended ?╟÷a seemingly impossible lift. The two black jacketed performers, Wayne Albritton and Jimmy Weiss, who are about to slash at each other with 16 foot bull whips, are part of the erupting fire and violence that takes place in the "Boomtown" sequence of "Pzazz! '68." This is one of the most dangerous performances on the "strip." Each man must be extremely adept at using his whip to land it with pin-point accuracy. An error in judgement can (and has!) result in a nasty cut or bruise. They fly through the air but not with the greatest of ease. These artists in the "Millie Poppins" sequence of "Pzazz! '68" are outfitted with special harnesses to perform this dangerous act. A split second mistake in timing can cause a painful whip lash. Add to this the uneven tension on the wires which are hand-pulled from backstage and it becomes apparent that the graceful aerobatics rate hazard bonus pay for their performance.
