I agree.Water Supply - Fillmore / Los Angeles, October 18th, 1933 Mr* A. S. Halsted: I have had up with the City of Fillmore for some time the question of some changes in the provisions of contract covering water supply for the Railroad Company at Fillmore, and they have now agreed to amend paragraph 8 on page 3 to provide for a six months* written notice of cancellation instead of thirty, days. A clause should also he added making the scgreement bding upon the successors and assigns of the parties* The contract should also provide that the City agrees to furnish and supply to the Railroad Company at Fillmore, Utah, water from its water system for engine and station purposes in the depot and station facilities of the railroad at Fillmore, and it is mutually agreed that the City shall use-all reasonable diligence to furnish the railroad a constant, regular and full supply of water for the purposes above stated, providing that the furnishing of such constant, regular and full supply shall depend upon whether the City has a surplus from its system over and above the amount required for the inhabitants of Fillmore city. - All copies of the contract are returned herewith* Will you please take care of the necessary amendments*
