i March 21, 1945 R 2-84 Mr. S. J. Lawson, General Manager Southern Nevada Power Company 109 South Second Street Las Vegas, Nevada. Dear Sam; Confirming our conference yesterday morning. We are being pretty badly pressed for Industrial sites on rails particularly on South Main street and will appreciate it ver$ much if arrangements can be made without inconveniencing your Company too much to re-locate the pole storage yard in one of the two sites we discussed yesterday morning. For ready reference I enclose print showing the proposed development to accommodate additional shippers and if you could consistently release the present 180' shown in red on attached print we would provide a 30* driveway for access to the street and road crossing over spur track so poles could be handled into and out of the site directly west of your present lease. possibly you would prefer the 100x180* site directly west of your Lot M so that"your facilities could be grouped together. This would be entirely agreeable to us and in looking over the ground yesterday afternoon there appears to be ample space for roadway between poles on back of Lot M so that you would have access to Main Street. Probably this would be a better and roomier site than the first one referred to. Will be glad to have you consider the subject and favor us with your reaction. Very truly yours, w Ilt I T r ."“BRACKEN'
