Lessee, covering extension to and including April 30, 1959, of lease C.A. No. 9951, dated Dec. 3, 1938, expiring April 30, 1954, covering parcel of land located at southeast corner of Pico Blvd. and Soto Street, Los Angeles, Calif., to be used for office and warehouse; annual rental $5,100, payable in advance in equal monthly installments, plus an amount equal to 8% of the costs of agreed improvements; current rental rate, $437.64 per month; Lessee being granted further option to purchase said leased premises during said term; said lease agreement being subject to termination by Lessee on ninety days' written notice in event Lessee is prohibited by law from brewing, selling or distributing beer or other products; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed; RESOLVED FURTHER, that the action of President and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing "Notice of Extension of Term of Lease", dated February 2, 1954 (C. D. No. 23634-G-l), in connection with said lease agreement Audit No. 9951; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing rider C.L.D. No. 4921-6, dated February 18, 1954, extending to and including April 9, 1956, term of Agreement Audit No. 10235, dated March 22, 1943, expiring April 9, 1954, with A. Meyers, an individual doing business under the fictitious firm name of Western Transportation Company, Lessee, (assigned May 12, 1949, to A. Meyers, an individual doing business under the name of Eckdahl Warehouse Company), covering lease of garage building in vicinity of -4-
