On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing rider, C, L* D. 3998, dated February 6, 1942, extending to March 31, 1945, term of lease, Audit 9988, dated February 15, 1939, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and Garfield Chemical and Manufacturing Corporation, Lessee, expiring March 31, 1942, covering site for tanks and storage of chemicals; rental $75,00 per annum, payable annually in advance; subject to termination upon 30 days’ written notice by either party; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
