IAS V VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION General Telephone 724 On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Payne and Secretary Dixon in executing agreement C.L.D. 15447 dated May 3, 1966, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and General Telephone Company of California, a California corporation, granting license to construct, maintain, operate, repair and use one (1 ) 900 pair cable for the transmission of electricity for telephone purposes, over and across certain property of this Company, at Walnut, California; subject to removal upon sixty (60) days written notice; consideration $10.00 per annum; Licensee at its expense to maintain cable and indemnify Land Company and upon dedication of Grand Avenue, Licensee shall at its expense remove all aerial facilities and establish an underground conduit system within the confines of said Grand Avenue, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
