(m) The documents, books, maps, records and file cabinets in the possession of the First Parties on the sale date and which are listed on Exhibit BG" hereto attached and made a part hereof. (n) License and permission to operate and main­tain the pipe lines and wire lines indicated in broken black and white lines, broken black and red lines and broken black and green lines on said Exhibit "A" and the pumping station located at point HH pending the removal of said pipe lines, wire lines and pumping station in the manner and within the periods provided in Section 5 of this agreement and, while said pipe lines and pole lines remain upon the property of Railroad Companies, to use strips of land 7"! feet in width on each side of the cen­ter line of said pipe lines and pole lines, for access to said lines for the purpose of enabling the District to operate, maintain, or j^move the same. “flSSe license ^ and permissionvheroin-granted'shall be subject to the right of Railroad Companies, their successors and as­signs, to construct roads, highways, pipe lines and wire lines over and across said strips and to use their prop­erty for any purpose whatsoever which will not unreason­ably interfere with the use of said pipe lines and power lines by the District during the period in which the Dis­trict shall have the right to maintain said lines upon the property of the Railroad Companies.
